Gerda and I stayed this summer for one week with Luisa for an Italian homestay and it was really great. Homestay in Reggio Emilia is of course studying the Italian language.
But beside this we enjoyed:
* That we were really living in Italy
* Eating the delicious home made food of Luisa
* Drinking a real “caffè” during our breaks
* Having a stroll in the parc nearby or in the city center
* Visiting Parma and meanwhile studying Italian on a sunny terrace
* Having dinner together with Luisa and her friends
* Drinking an “aperitivo” together with Luciano
* Driving around the hills surrounding Reggio
* And much more.
We are visiting Italy already for years but this was really an unforgettable experience.
We learned a lot of Italian grammar, vocabulary, conversation, and so on but on top of that: we lived in Italy amongst the Italians and were guided by a wonderful teacher: Luisa.

Dangira MieliauskaiteEnglish Language Teacher in Lithuania Dear Luisa, I would once again like to tell you that I'm extremely happy to have chosen my homestay in Reggio Emilia with you as a teacher. I have never had any doubts that the best way to learn Italian is to live in Italy, among Italians. |

www.el-wahafood.com It was really a great experience that I had twice and plan to repeat again. Beside the great way of teaching, very kind teacher, fantastic home and friendly atmosphere,it is the best place for not only learning Italian ,but also to feel Italian. |
